Printing An Newspaper

I have an electronic edition of a newspaper, but I want to print it out. Obviously, if I print it normally, it will be wayy to small, is there a way to put 1 newspaper page on two pages???

Depends on the file and the software you are using to print it.

What you want to do is known as 'tiling'. Usually done with some page overlap so it can be taped or otherwise joined together.

If it's a PDF, Adobe Reader 7 may enable this. Not sure about Preview... my version in Panther doesn't seem to want to do it.
