I've had this problem ever since I got my iMac C2D. My printer is hooked up to my wife's Mini, so I have to share her printer. I use to print with no problems with my iBook but on my iMac most of the time I try to print it crashes the application. Not ALL the time, but most of the time. This happens with Mail, Safari, and Firefox.
My concern is that when I first got my iMac and transferred files from my iBook I noticed some of the printer drivers were PowerPC... and I couldn't for the life of me get Universal drivers. Would this affect it? The printer is a HP PSC 1210 all in one.
