Printing from CS6 with Pixma Pro 9000

I'm running OS 10.7.5 and trying to print to a Canon Pixma Pro 9000 which I just installed. Downloaded driver and software from Canon site and everything looked good; head alignment worked fine. When I try to print an 11" X 17" poster, for some reason it prints what looks to be a 4X6 sized area in the upper left corner. I had created a custom size for the paper before trying to print. What's wrong? Any help appreciated.

Whoops! Slight problem with unfamiliar settings.
