printing from iPad?

I have my network on an Apple airport with an HP 960 printer.
Works fine with my Macbook but the iPad does not recognize it.
What do I need to do?

Is the printer airprint enabled?

Try out "Fingerprint". It makes your iPad recognize your printer as a Airprinter.
