Printing in Black & White

When I download maps and images from the internet, sometimes I would like to print them without wasting clour ink.

How do I print (in Preview for example) in Black & White?

In the print dialogue, under the Quality & Media tab, there should be a check box at the bottom for greyscale printing.

In Print Dialogue -> Change Copies & Pages select bar to ColorSync -> from Quartz Filter change to Black & White.
