Printing makes programs crash

Hi, I have a problem with printing from my MacBook. The printer (HP PSC 2355 All-In-One) is connected to a G5 iMac with 10.4.7.

Whenever I try to print from the MB, when I select the printer (Shared Printers -> HP PSC 2350 Series) the program crashes. This also happens when printing from another user on the MB. There's no problem printing from the iMac. Here's a log from a crash:

I have the same problem under almost exactly the same conditions. I would love to know how wide spread this problem is

jimrand, is your machine an Intel Mac too? It sounds obvious, but do you guys have the latest printer drivers? 🙂
