I'm in Korea teaching English for the year, and my school has me networked to a Samsung ML-2255g laser printer. While there are several other threads on this site about how to print from a Mac to a Samsung printer, I haven't found any that address this particular printer model and nothing I've done has worked.

    I'm using a MacBook running 10.5.6.

No one at my school is able to help, they look at my mac as if its alien technology. Plus, no one with any computer expertise can speak a word of English, so trying to fix this requires me talking through a translator to a computer person and I'm sure stuff is getting lost in translation. In the end, they've always given up.

    Help me print!

Download and install Gutenprint. This will install the CUPS driver for the Samsung ML-2255. There are ample post about CUPS elsewhere on this forum. You may read these posts or read the documentation included with your Gutenprint installation.
