Running OSX 10.4.11
Tried to add a profile for an old printer and now I can't access my printer setup to delete it. Every time I try to open it it shuts down and says that Printing Preferences has quit unexpectedly.
How do I wipe clean the printing prefs and start over.
Can't access printing in any programs.

Try deleting the "custompresets" plist since that is when you say it started.

/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.print.custompresets.plist

I like to log out and back in but you could restart and then try and access your printer settings since that is what is crashing.

Thanks!
I'll try that tonite.
I really like OSX compared to the older systems but I'm lost since the preferences are handled so differently.
