iPad Printing to my Airport Express printer?

I have a laserjet connected to an Airport Express so I can print on my network. How do I add an iPad Air2 to the network so I can print from Safari or Chrome, etc. I see the option under More, though I do not see how to set it up.

Connecting a printer to an airport express does not make it an AirPrint compatible printer.

You'd need to run something like HandyPrint on a Mac or PC to print from your iPad.
