Select Print, in the print dialog window change "Pages:" from "All" to "From" button and finally enter 56 for the end page.

    Print 1-56.jpg

I thought it was that but when I entered 1 -56 in the window all I got was 48 pages.

Try printing 49-56 to see if that gives you the missing pages you want.

I'm not trolling here, but how do you know that you only got 48 pages? Did you count the actual pages that printed?

Potentially, the 56th page of the PDF file might be page 48 of your document. Maybe there were some pages in the file that aren't numbered and you really got the first 56 pages of the file but it doesn't go up to page 48.

    Does that make sense?
