Can you just tell me what programs were used in Prison Break with thier macbook pro I mean Scholfield with that asian guy it is really cool programs

It's probably just an animation. None of the apps people use on TV shows are ever real. The Matrix is the only exception I know of - Trinity actually used a known real world exploit in the second movie.
