A few times I've got into a few back and forth PMs with two or more people, and it occurred to me that it would be useful to have a "Reply to All" function, as the reply button only adds the first name back into the reply field, and it's easy to not notice.
At some point in the conversation, someone (usually me) forgets to manually type the other recipients' names into the Reply field, and confusion and bewilderment ensues.
Perhaps even Reply to All as default? If you get a PM from two people, you usually do want to reply to them both, and it's easier to manually delete than manually add.
Anyway, not sure it's possible (or desirable) but thought I'd suggest it.
