private windows, safari closing on restart ?

Hello,
when my comp sleeps, restarts or shuts down, the safari windows all reopen, apart from the private windows, is their a way to stop this ?

i have tested it, on a couple of occasions - but when comp starts back up, they all are accessible, but the private windows have disappeared.

could their be an option or script to stop this ?
