Privileges problem

Hi all

I made a temp back up of some PC files on my time capsule. Some have a very small white box in the left hand corner of the folder...

when I try and delete these I get: "The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items"

Any fixes for this?
