Pro 13" 2010 Trackpad problem

Anyone notice a problem with their trackpad on the new 2010 Macbook Pro 13"? When I single click anywhere in the middle portion of the trackpad it does not register as a click. I have to click in the right or left portion for the click to work. My 2009 Macbook 15" does not do this, I can click anywhere and it registers as a click.

Mine registers fine, but I have only had it since Monday.

Hey there , i am facin the same problem , i could not even register myself. Then i used USB mouse to get in. I am taking my book tomorrow to the apple store. I just Bought it 3 days ago and dint had enough time to open it , but when i opened it i am facing this issue just out of the box for Mack Book Pro 2010 version 13". I wana get it replaced.😡

Mine is ok so far. On a side note, there is an option under track pad settings that allows you to select on tap instead of on click. Good luck.
