Hi everyone, quick question:

I bit the bullet and ordered my 2018 MBP 15" 2.6/512/16/560x today. It's my first Mac computer ever and I'm very excited about that.

However, when I was ordering I noticed something - If I kept it WITHOUT the "pro apps for education bundle" the computer could be delivered as early as tomorrow (wow!)

BUT - when I added the pro apps for education bundle (which I did add) - my shipping time went WAY up. It's not expected now for another 7 days, even with fastest shipping.

What gives?

Why not order the education bundle after you get the MBP. I don't think there is any difference in price?

It’s a custom order so it will take longer because it ships directly from China. Are the Apps worth the wait? If you can still cancel the order You might be able to reorder with one day shipping and get it by Saturday.

Thanks for the advice - I guess live and learn! I had no idea you could purchase the pro apps separately at the same discount. If I had known I would have done that.

Oh well, it's not a long wait. With any luck maybe it'll get here sooner. I've waited since January to buy the computer, one more week won't kill me.
