Does anyone know which machines will be able to run 2 of the upcoming Pro Display XDR other than the Mac Pro?

Maybe a updated hacked Mac with an Updated graphics card! What people are excited about is the After Burner card upgrade and it claims of reduced times burning! So if you haven’t the money it is not worth it!

From Apple:
Macs compatible with Pro Display XDR:
Running macOS Catalina 10.15.2 or later:

  • Mac Pro (2019) with MPX Module GPUs
  • 15-inch MacBook Pro (2018)
  • 16-inch MacBook Pro (2019)
  • 21.5-inch iMac (2019)
  • 27-inch iMac (2019)
  • Any Mac model with Thunderbolt 3 ports paired with Blackmagic eGPU or Blackmagic eGPU Pro
My guess is the XDR uses DisplayPort 1.4 over TB3, which was introduced with the Intel Titan Ridge chipset in early 2018 and is therefore likely in these 2018/2019 models. Other Macs likely still use Alpine Ridge, which supports only DisplayPort 1.2.

Dang, good thing I checked... I have a MBP 15" 2016

Yes, only the mid-2019 15" MacBook Pro and 16" MacBook Pro have the Titan Ridge controller necessary to drive the XDR at the full 6K resolution (the 2016-2018 models would be limited to 5K with their Alpine Ridge controllers).

Is it confirmed if the Mini 18' can without an eGpu?
Mini 2018 does have Titan Ridge TB3 controller, but I would guess 6K won't be possible regardless because of limitations of the Intel 630 graphics.

But still can turn on this display, right?

To step forrward, could any Windows PC with tb3 also turn on this display?

At minimum you'd need a Thunderbolt PCIe card with a Titan Ridge controller. I know Gigabyte makes one for select Gigabyte motherboards.
How could I know if my computer has this TItan Ridge controller? For example, I have a Razer Blade Pro 17" with 2080 Max-Q graphic card, and I really hope that this could turn on the Pro Display XDR...

It should. My TB2 devices are recognized in macOS and Windows.

I can't find any specifics about the controller, but since this is a 2019-era laptop, it likely uses Titan Ridge.
