For my iPhone 15 Pro Max, I purchased the ‘Mous for iPhone 15 Pro Max Case’. To expand my storage, I also bought an ‘OWC Envoy Pro Elektron 2 TB Portable Rugged Solid State Drive’. To connect the drive to my iPhone while it’s in the case, I found that the ‘Hagibis 240W 40Gbps 8K USB C Adapter’ fits perfectly. A small piece of gaffers tape across the drive would provide additional security.
One minor issue is that iOS lacks a way to safely eject the drive when you’re finished using it. Leaving the drive connected will drain your battery. Unfortunately, this setup doesn’t allow for power connection.
