Pro Tools Confusion

Hello everyone, I am a student at an arts school and I received Pro Tools 9 recently. I am trying to get a head start on some of my classes and I am finding that Pro Tools is SUPER confusing. Does anyone know a web site or something that has free tutorials of just the basics?
