Help..! to cut a long story short, had to undergo a DataRescue (using Data Rescue II) on an external Firewire Drive used for the Backup of all the Digidesign Pro Tools Sessions. This Ext Drive (previously containing all above info) was accidently been configured to run with Leopard's "Time Machine" and was interrupted halfway when the engineer realised his error on pointing to the wrong drive !!
So now I have managed to recuperate most data but in Raw form and ctegorised in various folders...but unfortunately nothing is in order anymore (WAV files ALL in 1 folder, MP3 in another etc...and worst can't work out the Pro Tools Exec's for each sessions) The logical backup session folders of the Pro Tools are not there anymore !! Without these folders organised, there is no way of opening an Audio Session. ANY HELP ?? Can another apps (Pro Tools friendly) be used to auto rename all this data??? 😱
