Probably stupid question about setting up a new phone, rather than a restore.

Is there a way to export all contacts so I can set up my iPhone IV as brand new, and then sync all the contacts back onto it? I'm sure there's an obvious way of doing this but I dunno how 😱

Tick the Sync Contacts with Outlook or whatever program you prefer to in iTunes, with a Mac it's just Address Book.
