problem accessing iTunes

    I have created my account with credit card credentials and able to login successfully. iTunes 8.0.2.20 is currently using. Problem is when I click on iStore i get an error message, please find in attachment. I have disabled firewall on my system. 'Run diagnostic' in iTunes is successfull.

    Any help is needed, God knows what problem it is. :(

    You may have already tried this, apologies if so...Have you tried to sign out of the iTunes Account and then back in? What does the network connectivity test found under the Help menu->Run Diagnostics report, if anything?
