Hey guys,
So I tried to clean install the latest macOS Update Big Sur. I created a bootable volume (my external HDD), that worked fine. After that I erased my SSD (unfortunately I was not using Time Machine, because I save all my stuff in various clouds) I restarted my MacBook and wanted to start from my volume I just created. But I forgot to allow to start from an external drive (I got a MacBook Pro 2018, so that T2 Chip is hitting in).
Now I’m stuck with this screen:

What can I do?

T2 strikes again.

As steinmb suggests, try INTERNET recovery (this is DIFFERENT FROM "the recovery partition").
Command-OPTION-R
at boot.

Then, see if you can install a fresh copy of the OS to the internal drive.

If that doesn't seem to be working, my next question is:
Do you have a brick-n-mortar Apple Store anywhere nearby?
If so, perhaps it's time to make an appt with the genius bar, and let them have a look at it...
