Ok so I restored my iPhone to factory settings through Itunes after having jailbroken in March. After the restore was complete, I restored it to a backup from February 6 that was on my computer. Everything was fine until today when suddenly mid-day my keyboard turned into the 5-row QWERTY keyboard I had when my phone was jailbroken. The button with the globe is there that changes it to 5 row. This button does not actually work, but it is just there. I thought restoring to factory settings erased everything. Am I missing something?

Did I do something wrong in my unjailbreak process?

You can restore your phone to a time before the jailbreak if you have one. That will fix it. I've done that method before.

Or try clearing stuff off of your phone via the settings app. The setting that takes almost an hour to delete everything. I remember when I always restored my phone the numeric battery would still be able to be activated.
