I recently upgraded from a 4S to a 5 and am having problems changing album art of songs that have been synced to my phone. Although the initial sync of my music worked correctly, I have since attempted to change the album artwork on iTunes.

Although this looks like it has worked on my computer, when I try to sync my device, the sync completes and the old artwork remains. How can I correct this?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Minimum iOS 6 for iPhone 5 lets you delete songs from your library
on the device itself one by one.
Have you tried deleting individual tracks from the device and syncing it again?

I have had luck with removing all songs from my phone through iTunes, syncing and then eject the phone from iTuens and verify that there are no songs on the phone. re-boot the phone, again verify there are no songs. then reconect to itunes and add the music i want.

i would add if you are on iOS 7 there are some bugs with the stock music player and i have had several Album art issues.
