I just received my new MacPro 2.66 1Gb ram and I started compering it wit my older iMac G5. So happy to be almost 2.5x faster in many imovie filters and even more impressed by the speed of rendering a movie in idvd. So far so good, but just before entering the burning process the application (idvd) crashed, (not responding in the activity monitor) and I had to force quit the app. I repeat the procedure more than once and every time the app. crashed more or less in the same stage. I would like also to mention that a friend of mine with a macbookPro 1.8 512 Mb ram has the same problem. Is it a knonw issue? Maybe because the ram in both machines is the minimum?
I would appreciate any tip.
Thank you all!!!
