I tried to install Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion in VirtualBox Machine and it keep taking me to the internal shell. So was wondering if this is normal? If so what commands I need to type in? As my first time using Mac OS so don't know nay of the shell commands by typing in help I see some commands look similar to linux commands, but still not any of the linux ones I try worked.

OS X Lion and above are not supported by VirtualBox. There are some hacks to get around this such as for 10.8 you need to edit and inject a ktext manually into the OSX installer to get it working. Are you using VirtualBox on Mac OS X trying to do this? If so this page details it further. If you are on Windows using VirtualBox there are many walkthroughs on the matter via a quick google search. But from what I know you can't simply install Lion and above into a VirtualBox VM.
