Problem installing new iOS5 on iPad2.

Hello, I downloaded iOS 5 today on iTunes, but when I tried to install it on my iPad 2, it wouldn't work. I keep getting this '3200' error.

Could anybody help me out?

mine fails, no number given.

most failures are being caused by the verification server being overloaded, try again later (this is the 3200 error, among some others)

it may also be a problem with your hosts files if you've ever used tinyumbrella or manually edited them to downgrade
