Problem installing/uninstalling tweaks (regarding mobile substrate) ?

So as of last night, I've been having issues installing and uninstalling my tweaks. I'm assuming it has to do with some malicious software that came with one of the several tweaks I have from biteyourapple. Does anyone know what might be the problem here?
