I just set up a new iMac for my parents who both use the web based version of outlook for reading email when at home. For some reason when a .pdf or .doc file is attached and you try to open it, I keep getting a message telling me that I must right-click and save the attachment (see attached), but then when I try to do so there is no dialogue box that allows me to save the attachment. I have Preview set up as the pdf viewer and Word as the doc viewer. Anyone have insight as what to do in order to resolve this, I'm at a loss
