Problem! PDF missing plugin for safari, firefox opera

I'm able to see pdf files no problem if the link is href
But if the person is using embed or iframe then it says I need adobe pdf reader plug in!!!!!
It's so annoying!!!

If you didn't know, Safari doesn't need a plugin to view pdf files.
But it's keep saying that I need a plug in.
I've already installed the plug-in even I didn't needed it but still no luck.
can anyone help?
