iPod Problem playing some MP4 Files

So I used lostify to edit the data on a bunch of video files that I ripped using Handbrake. But now, I can't seem to get the files to play, using iTunes, Quicktime, VLC, the preview window in Finder, or anything. Anybody have any suggestions on how to revive these files?
