Problem porting number from AT&T to Verizon!

After finally getting an iPhone 4S yesterday from Verizon(Had to buy two of them(that's another story!)) I am still having troubles. I ported my number from my AT&T iPhone 4 to my Verizon iPhone 4S, but the problem is now both phones have the same phone number!! Sometimes, I'll get texts on my old phone, and other times I'll get them on my new one? What do I do to solve this?!

Sounds like you need to call ATT and deactivate your old line.

Probably not a good idea to switch to VZ then since only they can help you

Didn't realize that everyone that worked there was an idiot until after I already switched.

I think there's a 3 day window where AT&T will let you go back with no other charges beyond normal
