I created a bootable usb with ubuntu , choosed to erase mac osx and use the entire hd just for ubuntu . The installation runned well but going to the first reboot , the mac doesent startup linux . I had earlier windows in another partition than os x and I could choose betwwen them but Now it appears only "windows " but actually it is deleted and if runned it retuns "missing operation system" . Is there any solutions ? if I make a bootable usb with windows there is going to happen the same ?

NO , I dont know anything about this

well that's your problem, you do need to know about it, you're going to need something to pass the kernal boot parameters, you can either make a grub2 efi and put it in the osx EFI partition then select it on boot by holding alt, or you can use refind to pass the boot parameters (not refit)

if you don't want to figure this out then try to find a very detailed step-by-step procedure somewhere online..

no, do not remove the native bootloader (unless you want linux only)

by putting the grub2 efi in to the osx efi partition the osx bootloader will detect the efi and let you boot to it which will then in turn boot to linux

seriously google: linux on macbook retina tutorial

refind tutorial: http://randomtutor.blogspot.com.au/2013/02/installing-ubuntu-1304-on-retina.html

grub2 method: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/MacBookPro_Retina

Why those things arent in ubuntu site ? the tutorial there was "just make a bootable usb ,hold option at startup and install..." . I have to say that when I installed ubuntu , I completely removed os x . I dont know if the efi isnt deleted

It seems that you over-wrote OSX and EFI with the Ubuntu installer.
This isn't a problem if you're only going to have Ubuntu on the system.

When you say Ubuntu won't boot, what exactly happens when you try?
Does the screen stay black? Does it go purple?

What graphics card does your Mac use?

you have to make sure you follow a macbook tutorial when installing ubuntu, macbooks behave differently to other computers due to apple's crap

It trys to boot windows that I had installed with bootcamp and later removed 100% before trying to put ubuntu : as expected , it prints in a black screen "missing operation system"
It is a macbook pro . Nvidia Geforce , maybe something like 650M
