I am having issues after restoring my new 5s from a recent backup of my 5. Some apps freeze up, the notification center won't go away when I swipe up, the phone just feels buggy and slow. I tried restoring it a few times, same thing. I have no idea what the issue is, I was running iOS7 on the 5 before I upgraded and it was perfect.

I then restored the 5s as a new phone, no issues...except all my app settings and game progress is lost! Is there any way to get this info back or am I stuck?

thanks

Back up your iPhone 5 to iCloud. Connect your iPhone 5s to iTunes, restore, disconnect from computer and then setup using existing iCloud backup.

Already sold my old 5, I don't have a recent iCloud backup either.
