Problem?... (screen flickering)

This i dont think is serious and i am not sure what is causing the problem, basically my Alu macbook 2ghz' screen has started flicking, this has only started to happen since i installed 10.5.7 but only happens when my power adapter is in, it doesn't happen all the time but basically when i put my adapter in and the light isn't on then my screen starts to flicker.

It does stop flickering after i remove the charger and put it back in and then the light on it works.

would you say its a problem with my screen/charger/something else?

for the amount you paid for your apple product - it would be in your best interest to remedy it quickly. i wouldn't settle for less.
