Problem to restore iphone g2 Model: A1203

Please Help

After synchronizing my iphone g2 3.1.2 16GB by mistake, consequently it was locked. I have tried to restore to 3.1.3 before jailbreak/unlock, now screen shows a msg: IMEI 01 143400 214148 7 and ICCID 890200 30906620 5929, with a sign of a plug, and itunes is asking me to insert original SIM card to complete download.

My iphone has previously been Jailbreak/unlocked
