problem trying to get help from macdock web hosting

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can get ahold of someone or get some customer support from mac dock.com i have a password problem and cant find anyway to get a response from MACDOCK they apparenly dont have a telephone number or email address. that i can find any when i go onto their web site i cant find anything to help me solve a fairly simple problem thanks in advance for your assistance regards bryce

Most webhosts don't offer phone support. You're best bet is to open a support ticket for them. I noticed that they also ichat support so you can try that avenue as well. Just go to http://www.macdock.com/support.php to see how to receive support.

I heard that Macdock's customer service is angry, that is if you can get them to respond.
Today they have been down all day, costing people thousands in lost sales.
