problem unlocking iphone.

I have 2 iphones that are 2.0.2 unlocked and Jb i unlocked them with winpwn 2.0.0.4.
im trying to unlock my friends iphone . It was stuck in the emergency screen, i tried unlocking it but now its stuck in the recovery mode. What can i do?
