Problem viewing Amazon prime video

Guys

It was working with Safari 13.1.1; now I get an error message "Unsupported Plugin".

Suggestions welcome.

Works with Chrome so not stranded but.........

Do you have either flash or silverlight installed?

I remember having problems with Silverlight last year. I did fresh installs and upgrades to Flash and Siverlight and neither works, same error message.

Chrome it is!!!!!!!!

IIRC, I have neither flash nor silverlight installed-- and I can get 1080p streaming through Safari.
