Problem with a printer.

At my work we have this printer in the basement that we want to use. The problem is, it displays toner low warning. After replacing the toner with a brand new one the error is still showing. Because of that we can't print or copy with it. I couldn't find anything on the web. Any ideas as to what would be causing this?

The printer is a Canon ImageClass D761
 
Make sure the toner is installed correctly. It just sounds like it's not being recognised. 🙂
