Hi, I hope you can help me. (sorry for my bad english)

Yesterday I bought a MBP with Mavericks, I erased the hard drive and then i download and install the OS vía AppStore.

My surprise was when i want to install an app, the system ask me for a Admin User and a Password, but i dont know any of this.

I saw that i can enter to the system and create a new account typing Command-S
in the beggining of the restart. But my Command-S doesnt work.

Please help!!! I dont know what to do

"erased the hard drive and install OS" - can you advice how you did this?

if you erased the hard drive, i don't see how you can access the app store.

you can reset the password by following the steps - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1274
