Hello,

So I have a problem with my App store account. This started almost half a year ago, whenever I try to install a new app it keeps asking me to answer my 3 secret questions. Now I'm one of those who made their account without remembering their secret questions & answers. I thought when am I ever gonna need them (yeah dumb I know) so why bother writing them down.

Anyways is there a way for me to reset them and set them up again? I can make a new apple account but then I would need to restore iCloud etc. which I would rather not do. I tried contacting apple by e-mail but they couldn't help me.

When I edit my account info in the http://appleid.apple.com link I only get to change 1 question and not three like other people. Any way to fix this?

You can try calling AppleCare and asking to speak with an agent in iTunes Account Security. You'll be asked some information to verify your identity and, assuming you pass, your security questions can be reset. I would recommend establishing a rescue email account that will permit resetting the security questions independently of contacting Apple, once you have regained access to the account, that is.

The thing is I do have access to the account, I have been using it ever since I got my iPhone a year ago. But some months ago this happened and I could no longer install apps. Then I created a new app store account which I used to download apps and everything works fine but I'm thinking about getting the iPhone 5 so I want to have my account working so I can restore from iCloud and stuff.
