I just got the new MBP this past friday. Since I bought it the health has said 99%, I'm looking at iStat and it now shows 97% health and 2 cycles. Is that normal? I have calibrated the battery. Any suggestions, should I take it to the store? Thx in advance.

I would say that is not normal. Your battery health should still be at 100% in that short time. I would take it to the store.

yeah just got my Penryn and my battery says 99% in istat :/ Im actually waiting for my battery to run out so I can calibrate it, but I think its not going to get better.

ok I did some resent as advised by an Apple techie, what you have to do to fix that problem is a reset where you disconnect battery / ac and hold power button for over 10 seconds, then calibrate your battery and it should be back to 100% unless it is actually a faulty one.
