Problem with Boot DVD

Hey guys can anyone help me out? I need to make a boot DVD to install my Panther on my IBook but I don't know how. And the C key for booting the DVD won't work either. Can anyone please help? I would appreciate if some one gave me a quick explanation on how to Burn a Boot DVD. thnx😀😀

I'm confused... What do you need to burn? If you lost you discs, you can order than from Apple.
