Problem with constant flash

Have problems with the constant flash of my new white iphone 4th It is brand new and recently synchronized with iTunes.
I have tried to turn off the flash via the camera but the lights for about 1 minute after that.
For a while it felt like the start button ran the flash.

Should I return it?

If not maybe restore before taking it in.
