Problem with Dezire HD theme

How do I get mine to look like the tiles in the display? I downloaded all the required apps needed from Cydia to make it work, but my iPhone just looks like everything is group into fours - two icons stacked on top of each other. All my folders are blank.. Everything is all messed up ? Thanks in advance
