Problem With Downloading Icons..Help?

Hey guys, I just purchased the program I'm guessing most of you know about called Candybar. The only problem is that most of the icons I attempt to download do not work. When they download, they do not show up as a zip, they show up as a document that is of no use.

This might help though. Whenever I download them, they all have .sit after them. Is this the problem or no?

Only about 1 out of the 20 icon sets I attempt to download work. I need help because I keep looking at these great icons, but cannot download them. Thanks!

Oh and I almost forgot. The sites I've been trying to get the icons off are Interfacelift, Iconfactory, and Pixelgirl. Those are the most popular ones too.
