Problem with Font Explorer and Adobe Suite CS6

Anyone else having problems with their font explorer (newest version) and Adobe CS6 apps like Indesign, Photoshop, and illustrator? This is a new system, everything is fresh so no update needed. The font activation opens a font, but the adobe app doesn't always see it.

Have you fixed this? If so, how?
