Hi

I am looking for any help please.

I have a universal app that runs fine in the iPhone simulator and on my iPhone device, but when it runs on the iPad simulator the UIBarButtonItems in my UIToolbar appear in grey and do not respond to clicks/touches.

The app has just been converted to a universal app. I am using xcode 3.2.3. My Iphone is 3.1.2 os. The buttons use images for the labels.

Any help in where to start with this problem please? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like your UIBarButtonItems have their enabled property set to NO.

I did check this first before posting, and both the toolbar and the buttons have User Interaction Enabled checked.

The other thing is that it works fine on an iPhone and in the iPhone sim for the same build, just not in the iPad sim.
